We listed our condo with Sharon Asari
after having it listed with another broker for 1 year with little buyer
interest. Ours was a difficult unit to sell because of a flight of
stairs, which made it hard to sell to your typical condo buyer. Sharon
was persistent in trying to sell our condo. She spent many a Saturday
and Sunday afternoons having open houses, worked with other brokers and
paid for different types of advertisements out of her own pocket. Once
